• Waitlist details. When you join our waitlist, we collect the information you enter into the sign-up form, such as your email address and any other details the form requests.
• Technical data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider and embedded form provider may automatically process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and device information, in order to serve the page securely and prevent abuse.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18. StakeIQ is intended only for adults of legal betting age.

We use your personal data to:

• add you to our waitlist and manage that list;
• contact you about StakeIQ, including launch announcements, early-access invitations, and product updates;
• operate, secure, and improve our website; and
• comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website, who process it on our behalf under appropriate safeguards:

• Tally — provides the waitlist sign-up form embedded on this site. Data you enter into the form is processed by Tally. See Tally's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.

This website does not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Our service providers may set strictly necessary cookies required to serve the page securely or to make the embedded waitlist form work.

We keep your waitlist details for as long as you remain on the waitlist and until StakeIQ launches, after which we may retain them to provide you with the service or delete them if you ask us to. You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist at any time.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email where appropriate.
